You have such elegant style, who or what inspires you?
My eyes operate in a way that it sees beauty in most things. So even the most uncommon things can attract me and as a result I find inspiration almost everywhere and and in almost anyone.
How would you describe yourself to someone you have never met?
Hi, I’m Adepa Foriwaa and I am a witness of Jesus Christ. I’m am called by God to validate everything He has done and said in and through my life that others may believe. I’m originally from Ghana west Africa but I live in Toronto Canada. I’m a mother to a beautiful almost 2 year old boy and a creative person therefore I’m drawn to anything creativity and it’s evident in my style, my conversations and my expressions. I love music and I express that by singing out loud.
What are your favorite things to do in Ghana?
Oh I love Ghanaian food and whenever I’m in Ghana, I’m on a hunt for where good food is.
Your skin is stunning! Tell us about your skin routine.
Thank you for the compliment. I have a 4 step daily routine that has worked for me all this time. Cleanse, tone, treat and moisture. And once or twice a week exfoliate by using a mask.
In moments of chaos, how do you ground yourself?
God is my anchor and whenever life seems chaotic, I run to Him and His word.
Coffee or tea?
Definitely tea. Coffee is too bitter 😝
We know you are a gold girl! How does it make you feel to be adorned in gold?
Gold makes me feel very elegant and confident.
What song always touches your soul?
That’s difficult because there are so many great songs. Okay, I’ll say “So Will I (100 billion X)” by Hillsong Worship will be a top 5 favorite.
What are your favorite ways to practice self-care?
I believe self care should be a lifestyle. Putting one day aside just doesn’t cut it. My biggest way of practicing self care is never loosing Joy no matter what the day throws at me. And this is attainable by being grounded in the word of God. I also eat right, take a shower often and try my best to look good.
